10 Zanu-PF bigwigs who owe Zinwa thousands of dollars in water arrears



Zanu-PF top officials are reported to owe the Zimbabwe NAtional Water Authority (Zinwa) thousands of dollars in unpaid water bills for their farms. The 10 who owe the most are:

  1.  Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) commander General Constantino Chiwenga – $80 000
  2.  Permanent Representative to the United Nations retired Lieutenant-Colonel Boniface Chidyausiku – $45 000
  3. Zimbabwe Republic Police Commissioner-General Augustine Chihuri – $40 000
  4. Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Finance and Economic Development, David Chapfika – $26 000
  5.  Legislator Kenneth Musanhu – $25 000
  6.  Zanu PF deputy political commissar Omega Hungwe- $19 000
  7.  Defence minister Sydney Sekeremayi – US$5 000
  8.  Brigadier-General David Sigauke – $4 000
  9.  Mashonaland Central provincial affairs minister Martin Dinha – $4 000
  10. Judge President George Chiweshe’s – US$4 000
